Compak

  Liquid Compaction Aid

COMPAK is a uniquely balanced bulk earthworks liquid compaction aid concentrate which is added the water used to compact bulk earthworks in all civil construction and mining project to deliver higher levels of compaction at greater depths much faster using significantly less water.

COMPAK, both disperses and lubricates the soil particles in the material allowing them to move closer and tighter together using less water, compaction effort and time. COMPAK also facilitates reduced porosity, pore size distribution and pore continuity which all attribute to significantly reduced water permeability rates

Laboratory Falling Head Permeability Tests have shown COMPAK can increase the K FACTOR of soils by one and two levels of magnitude. This significant reduction in soil permeability - The K FACTOR, allows contractors to improve and use on site substandard materials in bulk earthworks or reduces the design depth of clay capping's and liners by as much as 50%.

Benefits

Increases Material Density and Bearing Strength (CBR)

Compaction is Achieved to Greater Depths

Improves Quality of Substandard Road Building Materials

Requires Significantly Less Water to Achieve Maximum Compaction

Achieve Faster Compaction and Construction Time

Added to Compaction Water at Low Dosage Rates
